Loved my stay at this place! |Its a hotel in the most perfect location, with sightseeing spots and restaurants and shops- one can browse around easily safely, everyone is friendly. Nice chill area.|The hotel itself is perfect too: very clean, nice rooms with wonderful view, the sun welcomes you through the window/ balcony every morning, one has privacy but if one wants to connect with other guests, one can go to the rooftop and meet others. So its much better than other hotels. The rooftop is mindblowing- with tables chairs, hollywood swing and sort of hammock- one can chill in the sun and has an amazing view over Madaba. |Breakfast is lovely, and there is tea and coffee all day. |The owner Kaza and his team are wonderful, very friendly and helpful people. Had great conversations. I felt like being in a home away from home- they made me feel very comfortable! I can absolutely recommend this special place! Felt like home and I didnt want to leave after the 7 days i stayed there- will miss Kaza and his team! ||Will definitely return!!||Anna||P.S. Just in case u mind church bells in the morning- Id recommend some earpluggs for sleeping- but i loved the...

My stay at Moab was unpleasant and a low point on my trip to Jordan, which is a wonderful country

The owner is a dishonest and a rude person. He refused to let me stay in the same room as my friend though other places did, I've read online that for tourists it is fine. He's forcing his religious views on me, when I'm not from the same religion.

Whatever, we were very tired - he forced me to cancel my booking reservation, which is against booking law so we can stay, he offered two rooms for a higher price. Then changed the price for a higher amount. but not only that; he said one room with a balcony and another with a window yet neither had a balcony nor a window. You're in a hot box literally.

You can hear him shouting outside in the mornings, the way he communicated with us was very rude. And I hope the staff don't get fined from this because my complaint is about the owner and the owner only. I'm sure the staff is as lovely as the people of Jordan.

There are other options, I'm in the tourism field and my recommendation is that you do...

The hotel is just in the middle of the city center and near to all city attraction. The owner is really friendly and can give you nice tips! There is no elevator and the hotel/rooms is at the 2nd and 3rd floor. Each room has air condition and a balcony that overlooks the main road. Is possible to park the car just on the main road (in front of the hotel) and in less than 5min walking you have: groceries, tourist attraction, restaurants, pharmacy, shops... The is a church with a bell tower (is also a tourist attraction) in front of the hotel that will rings at 7:00, 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning.

The room is ok but in my case was losing a bit of water on the floor and I had to put an extra towel 🤣 The owner offers: breakfast: boiled eggs, prepared egg homelet, bread, olives, chocolate-mousse and drinks. The coffe is istant coffe powder. dinner : take away...

Good hostel for the price. 15 JD for 3 nights in a mixed dorm. The location is perfect in the middle of the old town center. Walking distance from the bus station and enough parking spots for free. The place is fairly clean but I recommend bringing your own sheets. While I was staying there was a bad smell on our floor but just in the hall, not in the rooms. Breakfast buffet is on the rooftop terrace and costs an extra 3 JD. The employees however smoke a lot at the reception and in the roofed of the rooftop terrace. The owner of the place is extremely friendly. He will help you with anything and bakes excellent omelettes in the morning (with or without oil).

So far my favourite hotel in Jordan. Superb location and plenty of places to park your car. Ibrahim is very knowledgeable about the area and is multi lingual. This place seems very popular among Italians. Cleanest hotel I've been at so far, rooms have AC and some rooms even have a balcony. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean and tidy. Breakfast is also very nice, lovely view on the terrace. Came here with my wife and I would be glad to bring over my mother sometime in the future too.
