I will never come back.. first day they messed up my room request and I ended up after fighting in a different temp one day room. I went into the room 9pm I.e. after 4 hours from arriving to the hotel. Their rooms have no windows except in the bedrooms&if u take any two or three bedroom aparts the ac only works in the sitting room and the bedroom ac is a ventilator so u have to sleep with ur door open to get some air. The only aparts with sunlight is the duplex rooms facing the streets anything else faces a building so no light only artificial. I requested an iron they got me one that was ruined and it burned the sleeve of my new blouse from one press. I wanted to cancel but they wanted to make me pay for cancellation even though I have every right and its their mistakes over and over again. And the quality of their rooms is cheap. E.g. the bathroom door doesn't lock.. the iron doesn't work .. the bidets have limescale in it and the list goes on. P.s. I came with 2 elderly women one above 75 and a special needs child ,so please imagine with me how they felt after flying from my country 9am and not being able to go their rooms till 9pm? And waited till 10pm for their luggage to arrive from downstairs after I sent my child helper to get them herself since no staff is available to do it?
By the way the staff are all respectable but it doesn't change the fact this business needs a new manager Oh forgot to add if u take the double room overlooking the main street expect noise from outside and nearby aparts or rooms ..so no sound proof and no black outs for the...

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was good with a decent spread.
Negatives:
Barely any housekeeping service during the stay. Same bedsheets for 4 days. Air conditioning only in the living room, not in the bedrooms. No detergent provided for the washing machine, and no dishwashing liquid. Refrigerator not working properly. Hairdryer was half melted and unsafe. Only three of everything (towels, cups, toiletries) provided for four guests. Constant phone calls and delays even to get a single utensil. Poor customer service throughout the stay. Scam-like checkout process – falsely accused of missing cutlery and asked to pay extra. Terrible reception, with an unhelpful and unprofessional staff. From the very beginning, we found the apartment not clean — at first glance it looks clean, but in reality it was full of dirt and mites. There were mites in the bed and on the sofa. I asked them to clean, and they did only one day of superficial cleaning, then went back to the same neglect. On that one day they cleaned and made the bed properly, I saw them taking photos of what they had done, as if it were something unusual or extraordinary, instead of something basic and expected!
The sheets and bed covers were never changed throughout our 9-day stay. We developed skin allergies and constant sneezing during our entire stay. I informed them about it, and the receptionist said she would report it to the manager, but I never saw any manager, supervisor, or specialized department — only the reception desk.
When we asked for water, they charged us and said, “You already took water today!” even though it was actually the day before. What kind of nightmare is this?
In the end, during checkout, they charged us for a missing spoon. What would we do with a spoon!? I had already read that they sometimes accuse guests of taking a bathrobe, a towel, or something similar, so I made sure to photograph everything before leaving. But the spoon — I don’t know if they took it themselves. It seems they do this to everyone, collecting small amounts from each guest outside the hotel’s official charges.
Why do you classify this place as a serviced apartment when it lacks the most basic standards of hospitality and tourism?
This is an experience I will never repeat

من أسوء التجارب التي مريت فيها طوال سفري
استقبال سيء وطاقم غير متعاون ولا محترف من بداية الأمر وجدنا الشقة غير نظيفة كشكل تتوقع انها نظيفة ولكنها مليئة بالوصخ والعث ، عث في الفراش وعث في الصوفا وطلبت منهم التنظيف ، نظفوا يوم واحد تنظيف سطحي ورجعوا لنفس الإهمال وخلال اليوم الواحد الذي نظفوا فيه ورتبوا السرير بشكل مطلوب اراهم يصورون بعدها ما فعلوا وكأنه شي غريب وليس أمر مسلم فيه و بديهي !!!! والشراشف واغطية السرير لم تتبدل طوال فترة اقامتنا ٩ أيام اصابتنا حساسية في الجلد وعطاس طوال فترة اقامتنا ، وقد اخبرتهم بذلك وقالت ستنقل ذلك للمدير وانا لم ارى أي مدير او مسؤول او قسم مختص مجرد استقبال وعندما كنا نطلب ماء يحاسبوننا ويردون علينا لقد اخذتم لليوم ! ونكون اخذنا في الأمس فقط .. ما هذا الكابوس وفي النهاية عند اجراءات الخروج يحاسبوننا على ملعقة ضائعه ودفعنا قيمتها ، ماذا نفعل بملعقة !؟ لقد قرأت من قبل أنهم يتهمون الزوار بأخذ روب او فوطة او شيء من هذا القبيل وحرصت على تصوير كل شيء قبل الخروج لكن الملعقة لا اعرف هل اخذوها ، يبدو انهم يفعلون ذلك مع الجميع ومن خلال مبلغ بسيط من كل زائر يجمعون النقود خارج حساب الفندق
لماذا تصنفون أنها شقة فندقية وهي تفتقر إلى ابسط اساسيات الفندقه والسياحة
