I recently had the pleasure of staying at Monaco Hotel in Astana, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the warm and welcoming demeanor of the daytime receptionist to the prompt and efficient housekeeping staff, every aspect of my stay was delightful.
The standard rooms were surprisingly spacious, offering ample room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring downtown Astana. Speaking of location, the Hotel couldn't be more convenient, situated right in the heart of the city.
I was pleasantly surprised when they graciously upgraded us to a family room, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. While the breakfast was satisfactory, there is certainly room for improvement in terms of variety and quality.

The breakfast is great and if you do not like American coffee they will prepare for you any type of coffee you want. I am especially keen in the morning to have an expresso. The best of all is the personnel so helpful, friendly and respectful at all times. I will repeat for my next business trip. The only minor thing is the wifi that although I did not have problems with my mobile phone I did have problems with my computer, again I bought a Kazhakstan sim card that I could charge anytime next door and...
