Line Brew Reserve — Restaurant in Astana

Amazing steak, go for the Kazakh marbled beef prime ribeye - the steak was so fatty and juicy that it almost melted in my mouth. The service was 5*, Aigerim helped us to select the cut from the menu and checked with the kitchen which sizes are available and recommended us the perfect donness for the specific cut (don't go below medium as the fat won't melt enough - originally I wanted medium rare but I'm really glad I listened to the advice).

We also had both Line Brew beers on tap, the weizen was really good, the lager was ok.

We came here for dinner on the night we arrived from the airport. I was starving, so I brought a sandwich with me, hoping to have a bite while waiting for our food.Unfortunately, it was spoiled, so I had no choice but to wait.I loved the ambiance of the restaurant, and it was a plus that they had staff who spoke English..which isn’t widely spoken in Astana.The only downside was how long we had to wait for our food, and we had to follow up several times. But in the end, it was worth the wait…the food was delicious, and we were really happy with our meal. It was great value for the money.Just make sure to check the menu before ordering water, as they tend to serve the most expensive bottled distilled...

Excellent food. Was walking down by the river & came across the Veil Hotel. They have 3 restaurants inside the hotel. Di Wang, a pan Asian restaurant, Cantinetta Antinori, an Italian & Line Brew which is a bar & grill. We gave Line Brew a try & were not disappointed. I think the best food we've had in Astana. We had a Filet Mignon with a mushroom sauce, Chicken Shashlik & the homemade sausages. All were really good. We ordered too many sides, not knowing some of the menu items come with sides (It didn't say on the menu unfortunately). Anyway, highly recommended. We will be back.
