I am completely dissatisfied with the service at the Nomad Hotel, which is located at Kuуshi Dina St. 25/1, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. This hotel lies on Booking.com about its rooms. The information on the site is completely untrue. I've booked a ground floor single room with a city view from my window from Nov.3 to Nov.6, 2021 and paid 24000 tenge for 3 days, but the hotel located me in the cheaper room for the same price. Also as they stated on the hotel's website, their rooms are soundproofed. In fact, not at all! When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist said that they had only one room in the basement and there was a small problem with the shower. There were old furniture, a twisted bedside table, ragged armrests on an armchair made of red leatherette. The window did not close to the end, and it was blowing very hard, it was minus 15 degrees outside. Small shower problems were too underrated. The shower was broken. The shower head lay separately from the hose on the water switch. The end of the shower hose was lying on the floor of the shower stall. The air was filled with a disgusting musty smell with high humidity. There was a feeling that everything was dirty. I could not use the sink as it was completely clogged and the water did not leak out. No hot water, cold water flowed under low pressure. The room that I ordered for 8000 tenge per day must be located on the first floor, and not on the basement and have a view of the city from the window. When I asked to change my room, the receptionist said that for the price I paid, they only have rooms on the basement floor. On the first floor the rooms are more expensive, and I need to pay extra. For your information, on Booking.com there is no information at all that the hotel has rooms on the basement floor, so I specifically ordered the first floor. I demanded that the money be returned to me for one day out of three ordered for failure to fulfill the promises, and I really left the hotel a day earlier, to which the receptionist replied that the money could not be returned, but they offered me just as a favor exactly the same room on the first floor, which I booked on the site. Thus, the room in the Nomad Hotel cost me 12000 tenge instead of 8000 tenge per day !!!!!! of which I spent half a day in the basement of the hotel and a day in a room where it was impossible to sleep at night because of the incredible audibility. The hotel stated on their website that the room is soundproofed, but I heard all the sounds from the neighbors very clearly. At night I could not sleep at all because from 1am until 5am my neighbors had very loud sex. All night long there were endless loud ahs, sighs, and just closer to morning it became quiet. Everything was so clearly audible that it seemed to me that everything was happening in my room. All night some people were walking along the corridor, and when they turned the key in the keyhole, it seemed to me that they were trying to open my door, the sound was very clear, and I was very afraid of that. In my opinion, Booking.com had to remove Nomad Hotel from the website, as it undermines...
