GOSHEN INN ELDORET — Hotel in Kimumu ward

Worst hotel to stay in Eldoret. I have had two very bad experiences here at Goshen. 1st experience: Booked the Deluxe room, stepped out to see the town. On coming back, the room had been reallocated to another group and I was downgraded to a mini-deluxe room. I let this go.

2nd experience:

Checked in to a deluxe room. There was no hot water. Called the reception and the guy on the other end did not pick. On coming down to ask why there was no hot water, your receptionist Brian was very rude. He told me there won't be any hot water for the next 1 hour, then continued with his calls.

Hotel is centrally located in a quiet environment The shower water pressure was fantastic and hot The common areas were clean Breakfast was balanced, proper & filling Room has large windows that lets in enough natural light & cool fresh air. Room had standard 500ml water Linen clean and the bed comfortable Staff were courteous I had mutton for dinner that was unimpressive Nice balcony with good view...

The place has an easy access from the town CBD Connect with good roads. Hotel Goshen has very nice and secure car parking. There is also tight security around and in the hotel all customers visiting this place should fill secured. The service offered by the institute are plenty and pleasing .
