Edgewood Country Place — Hotel in Murang'a County

A very beautiful place but we had the worst experience ever. First of all no one to welcome guests. We chose a table but we had to carry chairs on our own. We sat down, no one came. Finally someone came and took our orders. We waited over two hours for food.. the food came but the chicken was undercooked and very hard. We requested for it to be cooked more but we could see the look of disgust on the wait staff that were standing at the kitchen counter. Our Server Elvis was very kind and accommodating. Beautiful ambiance, great place for family, business meeting or to just sit and have a drink or a meal. So its the best i have found in Thika. A variety of sitting space depending on what you want - private cabins, umbrella shades on nice grass, well done bar, indoor sitting, and even play ground for the kids. The food is quite tasty too.
