Palm Airport Suites — Hotel in Syokimau-Mulolongo ward

I have not visited this hotel, and I never will. A friend of mine visited last week and was robbed...by the hotel staff! When she returned to her room, she had laptops missing from the safe she'd locked, as well as items missing from her luggage. When she brought this to the attention of the hotel owner, she could immediately tell that the owner was involved in this scam. The owner insisted that my friend never locked the safe (meanwhile, we all know that there's a master key that can unlock safes). To make matters worse, there is a camera in the hotel, which could've easily solved this mystery, except for the fact that the owner told the police that the camera doesn't work. How unsafe is that!?
