Right Venue Hotel- Thika — Hotel in Thika Township ward

Worst Place in Thika. Such a Horrible customer service, super bad attitude and borderline harassing tone coming from the owner/host so we decided to check out the very next morning. This lady owner/host was talking down at us like we were worst than her children. The first thing the host did was speak directly to my 1+ year old because she was putting little rocks on top of her backyard chairs and told my baby not to do that and that her parents (us) will pay if she breaks anything here. I knew at that time that we will have issues here. I do not recommend this bootcamp not-a-hotel, but rather a crappy guest house. I will be surprised if this place doesn't go out of business in the next year or so based on the rare comments I read in Google. We found out before writing this comment that they even over charged us for the same room. During the check out inspection the host asked out loud to the caretaker if everything is ok with the room including the remote control. She was very disrespectful, she thinks that I'm going to steal a remote control when the TV channels were not even working in her cheap guest house. She thought I did not understand what she was saying in kikuyu. Yes all this happened in about a day so if you are thinking coming to this wannabe "hotel" you should think twice or maybe three times. I wish Google would give me a chance to give this...
