Premium Park Hotel — Hotel in The plateau of Dukagjin

Unbelievable price/quality ratio, until we checked out we were in doubt of any hiden costs but nope, thats just about the price the management is asking.|We got to the Hotel in less then an hour from Pristina Airport and the location was very easy to reach.|Very huge rooms and everything you would expect to find in a high end hotel.|Great breakfast, plenty of shops for shopping around and the center is just a 10-15 minute walk.|Initially we planned to stay just one night as we had some business in Tirana and Skopje but we liked it so much that we stayed there for the whole period.|Something more than 1 hour to reach Skopje, 2 hours to Tirana and in 3 hours you can visit 3 countries, where else you could do that.|We will definitely come back in the winter period as just 30 minutes away there are some ski slopes and for us its the best choice for a winter holiday.|Keep it going Premium Park Hotel and hope to...

We were given a very spacious room with a comfortable bed, overlooking a huge mall parking with ‘drive thru’ KFC. The hotel is rather new, but the airconditioning was as loud as one from the 1950s. This was recognised by the staff and we were offered an identical room for a surcharge, since the identical room had an extra bed (that we didn’t need). As we had to pay for the bill upon arrival and as we were charged extra for a decent cappuccino at breakfast, the impression of a hotel owner on a tight budget was created. Recommendation: raise your prices a little bit to allow yourself to be service oriented...

My first visit: Hotel is new and very comfortable. There is a nice pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas: finish and turkish.

Second attempt to visit: I asked for a discount since I am a returning customer and wanted to see the options. They have declined any discount so I decided to reserve a room via Booking.com. My card was declined by a hotel and they sent me an email if I decided to book via Booking and not directly them, then I am not welcomed and they sent the cancelation request. I don't know what happened to staff there, but the service went down the drain and their EGO boost....
