Leaders Plaza Hotel — Hotel in Mahboula

Had I read the reviews first, I would have missed out on this hidden gem.||||Leaders Plaza, once you find it (make sure you pinpoint on the map / GPS exactly where you are going to), offers excellent value for money comparative to other hotels / apartments in Kuwait.||||Check-in is smooth and efficient, the apartments are clean and spacious, furnishings are comfortable and there is the added bonus of kitchen and washing machine included in the apartment.||||Given that the price is less than KD10/night more than Hotel Ibis and cheaper than the US hotel chain alternatives I would recommend Leaders Plaza every time for future visits to Kuwait.||||There is no sea view, but the beach is a maximum 5 minutes walk away and the apartments are close to many...

Room was clean and nice. WiFi was good. Location was very good to reach main destinations we wanted to go to. Support staff were female, which was good since we're a family. Amenities were mostly there.||However, we didn't like that we were promised a baby crib on day one and not getting one until day 2 or 3 not to mention that we understood that the crib would be as big as a table that can contain the baby within it, but it was just a small bed.||After check-out, we received an email stating the booking was canceled due to the gusts not arriving at all! That was shocking! We had to contact booking.com and prove to them that we stayed by sending them the check-out papers the hotel gave...

First of all it's far from Center but it's not really a big deal if you have a car and Google map. The Hotel doesn't have a sign board which is really strange.||The staff is totally non professional specially the reception. The receptionist was talking on his mobile phone while we were checking in. Next day i faced a problem and i was stock in the bathroom for half an hour with shampoo on my head. because of the bad water connection, the water temperature always changes from hot to cold and from cold to hot. and when i informed the receptionist he didn't care if i could say.||||The flat is clean, new and the size is perfect.||||they need to improve...
