I have stayed in your hotel many times, and brought many of my guests from other countries and suggest your hotel to many people, and when i had a guest or my friends staying there had their visitors there was never any problem, so what i would like to tell is that on my last day in bishkek i have decided to stay in my favorite hotel and invite some of my friends, so when they came the guy at the reception didnt let them come in but after i called he asked for their PS copy and informed us he needs because there is someone from police at the reception waiting and checking the age of the people who is checking in, this kind of situation can happen only in KG so i told okay thank you, so when they came upstairs the guys at the reception didnt even tell me anything about visitors policy or about extra charge, at the check out girl by the name if remember correct Altynai (i check out from A404 on 6/10/20) informed me that i have to pay 1600 som for extra person i asked her what she told me that for extra person, and my extra person came around 2 Am and left around 7 or 8 if im not wrong, however the way how she was explaining to me was really rode and she was arguing with me like with his friends, and i asked how many stars the hotel i think you should not argu with your customer like this for what she told me everywhere is like this i asked if she knows the global hotel standards, for what she answered in turkey not allowed even one hour to stay for visitors, then i stop arguing with her and i payed for extra person 1600 som when i was about to leave she told me i have to pay also for my drinks which i paid last night, i asked her to give me the check with my signature but she find the check and there is no signature, and she was actually insisting for me to pay that amount so if she knows the all the standards, she needs to know also that every single hotel around the world take deposit before letting the customers to sign the bill since i know that and i didnt leave any deposit i have paid all my orders directly by cash, what i would like to say dear Garden hotel managers or leaders who will read this message kindly train your team to deal with customers properly and before charging or insisting to pay something let them first properly inform the customer before, and if she is that much skilled or smart person she needs to learn how to speak with customers, if front of her Kyrgyz nationality doesn't mean that this person stayed only in hotels in Turkey or if she worked there doesn't mean that everywhere...

The only good thing in the hotel is the breakfast (they had variety of foods and desserts)
Otherwise it was bad experience overall: the standard rooms are very small you can barely move the fridge and the table is full of alcoholic drinks you don't even have a space to put a bottle of water inside the bathrooms towels are very very old and there are like fungus growing on the portable shower head there is no شطاف in the bathroom the Wifi is not stable at all
The worst 2 things are: The Air conditioning is VERY VERY BAD in every aspect. It is small and its location is far from the bed so you can't even feel the air coming out and it doesn't funtion well (but some of the room have good AC) otherwise most of them are not functioning well.
It is NOT A SAFE HOTEL. Imagine that while i am inside the room a couple had the key to open my room!!!! Fortunately i was inside. If i wasn't inside, my personal belongings could be stolen and even worse stuff can happen. More than that, the hotel staff didn't even bother to call or inform me about what happened or to even apologize. I had to go down to tell them what happened and they just said Oh sorry it was system error!! And that's all ... Very PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
They put outside the hotel 4 stars but it isn't really a 4 star hotel 2 star is enough
