I stayed at this hotel previously for 5 days and I booked the room directly from the hotel staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I went to another country for a few days and came back to Bishkek boutique hotel. I wanted to stay for another 6 days. The price for the rooms were much cheaper on Expedia than booking the room directly from the hotel. So, I went ahead and booked it on Expedia. As soon as I booked the room through Expedia the demeanor of the receptionist changed. They gave me a small room with a twin bed. The staff promised me to give me a queen size bed the following day. I went to the receptionist the following two days and they refused to give me a queen size bed. Their customer service is terrible. The first time I stayed the customer service was good because I booked the room directly from the hotel. But my stay for the second time has been terrible. I will not stay at this hotel again. I advise people to book with other hotels because for the price that they are charging compare to nearby hotels it’s not worth it to stay at this hotel. You can book with other hotels for a cheaper price and better customer service.
This is response to your response to my original post. There was no misunderstanding. The front desk receptionist lied to me. I booked a double bed and not a twin bed. The receptionist told me that there was no double room for the first night but then I can get the double room the next day. I went the following days and you guys didn’t give me the double room bed. You guys lied to me and every room is not sold out. Please don’t insult yourself by lying. You guys have terrible customer service. I will never ever stay here again. I am stuck the stay here for the next three days because I have already paid for the room. You guys did not try to accommodate me. If I had booked the room directly from you guys then you guys would have given me any room that I would want. You guys are lied to me and you guys will lie to future guests. You should be ashamed of your response because I am still at the hotel right now and you can try to resolve it with me but you decide not to. Instead you reply back to my original post. The room was very old and tired, very cold, AC was cooling like crazy, controller didn’t work for heat and i’ve never received an extra blanket. Carpet, bathroom, wall everything was on old dirty stains. While hotel staff was mostly friendly, they didn’t care about guests and don’t understand that it’s not ok to bring wrong dishes, double charge, never bring or with several hours delay room service, no matter if it’s a bottle of water only. Read moreI stayed at this hotel to participate in my third marathon during two weeks. The first impression I get was that the staff had service-minded attitude. In advance I had mailed them that I wanted a non-smoking room and no disturbing traffic on the outside - I get it. Then I asked if it was possible if they could save something from breakfast to after race - no problem. In my room I had a kettle, a fridge and all those things as get my stay well. After race I needed some extra pillows to rest my legs; - no problem! WiFi, extremely well all around in public areas.
