Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever had. To begin with, the cleanliness was extremely poor – the room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment we entered. It made the entire stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming, offering no real assistance or courtesy throughout the stay. We had specifically booked a sea-view room, but when we arrived and asked about it, we were surprised to find out that the sea view was actually from the back side of the building, barely visible and definitely not as advertised. It felt misleading. Breakfast is served for only one hour (8:00–9:00 AM), and if you’re even slightly late, you’re refused service. On top of that, the hotel charges for nearly every basic amenity, making it feel exploitative. To make matters worse: • The water was cut off during the night, and the issue was completely ignored by staff. • There was non-stop noise from evening until morning, making it impossible to sleep, and no one from the hotel did anything about it. • Wi-Fi was completely unavailable, not even in public areas. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others...
