Legenda Health Resort - Пансионат Легенда — Hotel in Issyk-Kul Region

Awful experience. Avoid this place. We came at the end of August which is when the season is winding down so they were not busy at all. We arrived late afternoon had reservations and yet our room wasn’t ready. We are two women traveling together and they treated us awful from the beginning. They gave us one price over the phone took a deposit and then tried to switch and up the price when they saw we were from abroad. The food was absolutely awful and inedible, the night we arrived we got one cooked frozen chicken drumstick with white rice for 750 soms each! Didn’t even give us sheets to sleep on or towels. Right on the beach, between many many beautiful trees . You rent a little house on the beach in Kaji-Say Legenda Health Resort for 7€ per night. Private bathroom with toilet and shower and towels and bedlinnen. Hot water kettle. Very clean, good bed. Magnificent sunsets on the lake! A little bit old but very nice and unique place. It is directly at the beach (what is not often the case at the south shore) We had our own little cabin. Hot shower, towel and WiFi is there too. The owner speaks good English and there are many sights around (fairy Tale Canyon, waterfalls, hiking etc...) There is also a restaurant which serves for 150-300 som Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
