Imantas — Hotel in Salacgrīva

Very bad experience! When we arrived, we noticed that people were drinking, smoking and partying in the garden, the walls are very thin, the staircase is terrible. My mother and I needed peace and quiet, so we asked the owner if we could cancel that one night. She agreed and asked us to send a cancellation request via booking, she would then approve it. No sooner said than done. Unfortunately, that was a lie. The owner did NOT agree. Booking.com started a dispute procedure and the owner has refused ANY contact. Until today. She ignores her mails and her messages... just to keep the money :(

So we lost 80 euros thanks to this, even though we never used the room. We often go on holiday to Salacgrīva, but this accommodation is the only one we cannot recommend....
