Guest house in Marbella — Hotel in Ventspils

Ohhh I don't know where to start for this Guest House and such a WONDERFUL staff .🤦🏻‍♂️We came here to perform some logistics services at the City Port and the company accommodated us here from September 20, 2025 - October 01, 2025 and October 13, 2025 - October 28, 2025, days that I will not easily forget because the accommodation here TIRED me more than my daily work.

Here were 3 "Princesses" that if you asked about the owner or manager their answer was "YES. I AM THE OWNER/MANAGER"

Most of the rooms had a strong smell and humidity because they had no air circulation. 😷 Room service was only done if you went to the reception and complained because no one knew the hygiene regulations. 😡 I think the towels and bed sheets were washed without detergent and air freshener because they had the smell of dirt every day of the stay. 🤮 Because they didn't want to spend money to hire a receptionist, every customer had to close the main door for every entry/exit even when smoking a cigarette in the yard. 🤷‍♂️ I asked for 2 keys for the room but they refused to give me because they only had one key despite the fact that my colleague and I were on different shifts and so we were forced to wait every day behind the door for 2 hours for each other. 😒 Room no. 11, was called a room for 2 people with an extremely small bed 140cm × 190cm that was impossible to sleep without disturbing the colleague, even though I asked them to replace the double bed with two single beds, I got the answer "you have to sleep this way because there is no choice". 🤯 Room no. 3 had a kitchen inside but the aspiration did not work and every day we cooked we were forced to keep the windows and door open, which caused us temperature and flu, losing 3 days at work. 🤒 In most rooms the boiler started working only the last 3 days after the situation became alarming due to complaints from all the customers. 🥶 In the rooms we often had insects that took care of the customers so that they were not lonely 😂 There was no no hair dryer anywhere.

Even though the self-proclaimed manager's daughter apologized and begged me not to write a bad REVIEW, I couldn't leave without doing it because at the end of the day, tourists should help each other to avoid such episodes during...

Very nice and clean guest house. Location is perfect. A shared kitchen with loads of pans and kitchen appliences. Tables were there we could enjoy our food. Quiet and decent size room. The only thing that was not good but it didnt affect the review score was the pillows. They were so puffy and hard that we kept on rolling off of them during sleep. I had booked this hotel/BnB based on reviews from Booking.com. When I arrived, the room that I had requested was not available, so I was offered a dormitory style room with 6 beds. It looked like a hostel.
