Ventspils Water Park — Attraction in Ventspils

Absolutely unacceptable- in case you came at the time when it opens, you will get in, afterwards it is not possible basically due to weird rules. We came at 2 PM, there was a queue of families with children-around 100 people. The queue was not moving at all and as we were said by cashier- for the nearest 1,5 hours we will not get in. Seriously?! Maybe it is worth to review the rules during the peak season and not to sell full day/half day tickets, but set maximum time of 2,5 hours so that every body has the chance to enjoy...

The place is nice and clean, but the line for entrance it's terrific, two hours and twenty minutes, we still because our 6 y.o. child was enthusiastic for go there. The entrance cost is 6 EUR for adults and cover only one and a half hour, after that time is necessary to pay one EUR for additional hour or fraction. The bar staff it's gentle and efficient but don't speak English, only Russian and of course Latvian. In general, if you have the patience for the long wait under the sun is a good place,...

Outdoor water attraction with 5 slides, few small jazuzzis, saunas, rent facility and tiny bar with snacks and drinks, dressing rooms (separate for families), WC, etc. Place is located near the seaside and park. Due to Covid saunas are not operating and the number of visitors is limited to 250. Pricing is flexible with cheaper entrance fee from 17:00.
