we had booked for 4 nights after checking we came to realize the beach is 15 min walk not 5 and the room was so small and the hallway was gross stained carpets so we wanted to cancel are stay but said will stay for one night so we went to the front desk and spoke to them mr.khalil said you have booked through expedia you will have to contact them and whatever they say because we booked through them so we did and then expedia said you paid cash it's the hotel that has to refund your money so we go back show them the e mail then khalil changes the story and tells me sorry it's high season we can't refund your money absolute lair i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone after all we talked to expedia and we were able to get some of are money back terrible experience highly...

First time we came, they took us to the family room we booked which wasn’t ready and super messy, we stayed in the room and corridors waiting to arrange another room, it was easy and fast we changed our booking to two rooms with sea view balconies which it doors didn’t work properly. there was no hot water in the bathrooms and tv wasn’t working. The next day they managed to fix it we had hot water, breakfast was good but at night showers didn’t work properly. At all good location, great new hotel with new technologies and lots of potentials.
