The place might not be too easy to find, but the first person we asked had no problems to tell us the way and with a sign on the road it was then not a real problem, after all. The two owners (father and son) gave us a more than warm welcome, were very open and friendly and would give us good advice where to go to in the city. They even offered us a lift downtown, but you could well walk. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood on a hill, but it's not far to the center.||||The price per night was moderate and definitely affordable if you wan to stay for one or two nights (which is absolutely fine to explore Byblos). The rooms and location are perfect.Having two teenage daughters it was the best wifi we had the entire trip so they caught up on all of the posts...
Read moreWell, when I searched for the cheapest available single room in Byblos on the internet I never expected to find myself in such a nice clean room at a hotel up on the hill with a balcony overlooking the Mediteranean. The linen was new and comfy and the hotel is family run so you are guaranteed of experiencing the same friendly staff as I did when I was there. They are friendly and clearly it is important to them that their guests stay is as enjoyable and easy as possible. The included breakfast was also a big suprise. I looked forward to it every day. It included Lebanese bread, cheeses, bread, olives, cake, eggs and more. It was a big and tasty breakfast. I highly...
