NJ HOTEL — Hotel in Rayfoun

1st I'll start with the good feedback which is the nice location, the good staff, when you come to the managers or owners who they think that they are the only hotel in lebanon, they was rude and they change with the deal that they give to you, when they give you timing they tell you, you need to leave before because i have other guests coming, and when you leave your room you cant come back again, what a cheap treatment, go learn some hospitality before you open a hotel or a restaurant, 2nd fix your AC, 3rd clean your toilets, 4th fix the cheap beds that are broken, 4th fix your prices not each empolyee...

I hardly unrecommend, hotel rooms are dirty, with bedbugs, the cleaning lady threw away my shoes stored in a plastic bag (new shoes, price above 100 dolars), because she thought it was trash (?), manager of the hotel promised to pay back for them after speaking to the owner, after I left the hotel it turned out to be a lie. You have so many better...
