Malak Al Tawouk — Restaurant in Rayfoun

I ordered two sandwiches and one chicken Caesar salad from the Rayfoun branch. However, the delivery arrived with only the two sandwiches—no salad. I called customer service to report the issue and was assured that the salad would be sent. After waiting 40 minutes with no follow-up, I called again to explain that I had paid for three items but only received two.

Unfortunately, the customer service representative did not follow through. I was told the cost of the missing salad would be deducted from my next order, but when I placed a second order, no discount was applied—and they nearly forgot the drinks as well.

Just went there yesterday night at 11 pm and took 2 sandwiches of tawouk. One of the sandwiches contained a piece of metal inside. This metal nearly broke the teeth of my fiance and it could have killed her if she would have swallowed it. I've informed the chef and told me it could be from the cabbage supplier (which is weird) or something, and offered to do another sandwich. I've informed the cashier and she was sorry and took my number and apologized. This is the first time I've ever seen anything like that, in Lebanon or abroad. A better Quality Control is definitely needed. Such incident could kill someone, if not doing serious damages. I would definitely reconsider eating at this place...

We ordered one small tWouk sandwich, one franji soujouk and one taouk franji . After 15 mins the waiter came and told us no soujouk available.. we ordered one tawouk burger instead … 5 mins later the cashier came and he also said that the taouk burger is no available… ww replace it in mkenek sandwich … 35 mins later my frd went to the kitchen window and ask the chef to give us our order and he pick it up by himself after 10 mins.. the franji taouk was served in arabic bread Instead of franji …no manager was there, not organized, very unprofessional… at least they should told the staff what are missing items and have some...
