Ibiza Hotel — Hotel in Wata Sillam

I had to stay last Saturday in Ibiza hotel since it was the only one available around my business stay in Lebanon. I reached at 3a.m after a long flight and i found that the room is occupied so I changed to another one smelling like cigarettes plus there was a pubic hair in the toilet and the next day they charged me extra 20$ for a 15 min late checkout. It’s not about money nor about hygien it’s more about professionalism!!! Because the night shift leave a note or whatever it is for the morning shift who told me “am not obliged to pay it from my salary” i totally understand, but there’s a way of talking to clients who might also sometimes be in his situation. Respect unfortunately doesn’t...

We had a family trip to Lebanon and planned to stay only 2 nights in this hotel after spending 5 nights in Beirut, indeed it turned out that the 2 nights we have spent in this great facility were the best part of the whole trip and we had an awesome stay in this very nice hotel that simply made us all feel exactly home. This hotel is great value for money and it is blessed with amazing team who will do any thing possible to make your stay memorable. It has modern facilities and very clean rooms, the pool is great and can be accessed 24/7, more important the jacuzzi with the breathtaking view of the see from the suite was kind of memorable...

Worst stay in a hotel ever. No housekeeping stayed for 2 days in a "suite" no one came to clean the room, and when i asked to the cleaning staff asked me to leave the door open cuz they were in the next room it was around 8 pm and when i came back around 3 am the door was still open and the room wasn't cleaned. a the second day i ordered to room breakfast, found a dead insect in the vegetables. when i talked to the staff no one seemed to care. i asked for a refund so i am not paying for my breakfast, the manager was ok don't then they deducted the whole amount from my credit card.

so its the worst experience ever not...
