Opera Hotel — Hotel in Kfar Yassine

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I must say it will also be my last. Despite the high price, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. Notably, there was no shatafa in the bathroom, which is particularly surprising for an Arabic country. Furthermore, the breakfast left much to be desired, and I had to repeatedly ask for bread. It was disappointing to find that there was no complimentary coffee or tea available in the room. Even when I requested an iron from the helpdesk, it was not provided. Considering these issues, I do not believe the hotel was worth the price. I regret to say that I won't be returning in the future. I am on my honeymoon expecting to have some peace a quiet but woke up the next morning at 7am to loud noises coming from the roof. Hotel disabled online booking on all websites, you have to call or book through what's app, facebook or Instagram, so no proper booking and no proper confirmation, the worse part is that they give different prices to different people, I reached out to them and a friend reached out too for the same exact date and they gave two different prices per night!
