Bohema — Hotel in Telšiai

Honestly, it's surprising how this place has survived for so many years with such management. The kitchen staff, the spa, and most likely the hotel area are clearly the saving grace. All the great reviews - certainly not about the service in the restaurant, especially in the outdoor area - so don't be fooled. Even last year, when three of us arrived, two of us managed to eat before the last one got the drinks he ordered (he just left without getting any more food). Well, complicated days happen to everyone. This year we reserved a table for a dozen people, hoping that the situation has changed. Honestly, it was the stupidest decision. It should be noted that I do not blame the waiters in any way - everyone would be lost in such a situation. During the city festival, there were 3/4 waitresses in the entire restaurant (taking into account that a good waiter can serve no more than 20 people sitting in the same place). Our girls seem to have no idea what they are doing or where they are going. The absurdity reached such a level that with the constant delivery of wrong orders, we were forced to take what was brought, as the request for a change took 30 minutes to an hour. Without exaggerating. After ordering a non-alcoholic beer, we received an alcoholic one (which we found out after drinking half of it). Instead of a bottle of white wine, we got a glass of red wine, then a bottle of red wine, and only when we asked to bring what we ordered - we heard a remark that we ourselves had specified it incorrectly. When I asked to add a slice of orange instead of lemon to the white beer, they brought it without anything, when I asked to bring it separately - I was charged. They probably tried to grow animals and vegetables for food immediately after ordering, because the waiting time gave such a hint. The icing on the cake: when trying to split the bill, it was explained that it could only be divided into four parts. Which resulted in us trying like fools to find out who ate/consumed what (bearing in mind that most of the orders were brought in and printed wrong). A sincere suggestion to bypass this place if you save your time and nerves. A visit is highly recommended if you want to see for yourself how skimping on management, technology and personnel can ruin even a promising...

Nuoširdžiai - stebina kaip su tokia vadyba ši vieta gyvuoja tiek metų. Aiškiai gelbėja virtuvės personalas, SPA, ir greičiausiai viešbučio zona. Visi puikūs atsiliepimai - tikrai ne dėl aptarnavimo restorane, ypač lauko zonoje - tad neapsigaukite. Dar pernai atvykus tryse, du iš mūsų spėjo ir pavalgyti, kol paskutinis gavo kavą (maisto nebesulaukęs tiesiog išėjo). Na, komplikuotų dienų pasitaiko visiems. Šiais metais rezervavome staliuką keliolikai žmonių, tikėdamiesi, kad situacija pasikeitė. Nuoširdžiai - tai buvo pats kvailiausias sprendimas. Reikia pažymėti, kad jokiu būdu nekaltinu padavėjų - tokioj situacijoje pasimestų kiekvienas. Miesto šventės metu, per visą restoraną buvo 3/4 padavėjos (turint omeny kad geras padavėjas kokybiškai gali aptarnauti ne daugiau 20 žmonių, ir tai sėdinčių toje pačioje vietoje). Mūsiškės atrodo lakstė neturinčios žalio supratimo nei ką daro, nei kur eina. Absurdas pasiekė tokį lygį, kad pastoviai nešant klaidingus užsakymus buvome priversti imti tai, ką atnešė, nes prašymas pakeisti truko nuo 30 minučių iki valandos. Neperdedant. Užsisakę nealkoholinį alų, gavo alkoholinį (ką sužinojo jau pusę išgėrę). Vietoj balto vyno butelio gavome raudono vyno taurę, paskui raudono butelį, ir tik paprašius atnešt tai ką užsakėme - išgirdome pastabą, kad patys neteisingai nurodėme. Į baltą alų paprašius vietoj citrinos įmest apelsino skiltelę, atnešė be nieko, paprašius atnešt atskirai - apmokestino. Maistui gyvūnus bei daržoves turbūt bandė užauginti iškart po užsakymo, nes laukimo laikas davė tokią užuominą. Vyšnaitė ant torto: bandant išsidalint sąskaitą buvo paaiškinta, kad galima tik į keturias dalis. Ko pasekoje kaip kvailiams teko bandyti surasti, kas ką valgė/vartojo (turint omenyje, kad didžioji dalis užsakymų buvo atnešti ir atspausdinti klaidingai). Nuoširdus pasiūlymas aplenkti šią vietą, jei tausojate savo laiką bei nervus. Nuoširdi rekomendacija apsilankyti, jei norite savom akim pamatyti, kaip taupymas vadybos, technologijų ir personalo klausimais gali sugadinti net ir tokią perspektyvią...

Don't be swayed by negative reviews of Bohema Spa!

I've noticed some recent 1-star reviews for Bohema Spa, and I wanted to share my thoughts. In my experience, these reviews are either misguided or based on isolated incidents.
