We found this place from a hand written sign along the road next to the tip top restaurant. I'm so glad we happened upon it! There are 3 chalets in a row, right on the beach. We got one with a fan for 90 RM per night which is very reasonable for the area and the facilities. A double bed, kettle, fan, mini fridge, bathroom with cold shower all included. We also loved to have the porch in front with two hammocks and a table and chairs, overlooking the ocean. The place is simple but clean and the couple running it is so kind. They gave us some drinking water and one day a plate of peanuts. The place is a little bit away from some of the bigger places renting many cabins which made it much more quiet and with more of a local feel to it. There's a couple places to eat and buy snacks/drinks within a few minutes walk. Higly recommend this place for a quiet get away on the beach!

The chalet and its location is pretty remote, but the facility is complete. The road is ok, and filled your car tank with full tank if travel from Kota Kinabalu City. Its easier if you bring your own food supply staying here. On the road side have 2 store selling drinking water, snack, instant noodle and ice cream. The beach have amazing view with stone structure, but the wave is big. But, its still safe for children just dont go to far from the water edge. Negative side is, water supply for toilet can sometime cut off.

Amazing chalet ! Beautiful location. Shower Inside and outside, 2 hammocks, comfortable bed with good air conditioning. Very friendly owner, she waited for us to arrive in the evening to give us the key. We could Walk 2 minutes to the beach and go surfing. Rented the boards from 5 minutes down the beach for a great price. The beach was clean and very quiet. A few restaurants, but we drove to Kudat 2 times to eat out. I would recommend staying here. A great retreat away from busy life.
