Hotel Kapalai 卡帕莱大酒店 — Hotel in Borneo

They seems do not respect client pay extra money to order the high floor ocean view room. I booked the high floor, ocean view room, however the front desk had us a low floor (4th floor) and told us that is what we ordered. I insist to change the room and they asked us to move to 10th floor and told us this room is new, has none stay before and there is no other clients in this floor. However in the morning when we got up, half of the room in 10th floor have occupied. I do not understand why the hotel people lied as that. Overall the view is great...
