One of the most affordable places to stay in Kundasang.

You get a private room. Sharing facilities include toilet, shower, kitchen, dining table, television, wifi.

It’s a wooden house, almost everything is wooden.

There are 7 rooms which if you want to book all, costs RM300. Otherwise each room is about RM40-45.

There is sufficient power sockets for charging phone, camera, power bank, etc.

There is wifi, but it is spotty at times.

The shower facility provides liquid soap, and a heater. You won’t get hot water, but at least the water is not ice cold.

You can cook simple meals here. Utensils, pot and gas stove provided.

Best part about this place is the service. Best room is no. 5 as it has the best view.

Corner rooms have the best views.

Night time must close windows otherwise insects will come in. Fan is provided to circulate the air.

Very limited parking spots.

Suggestion to owner: Put simple mesh onto the windows so that can open at night without...

Affordable and convenient. Owner msg early with directions to the place, very helpful. We got the room in front because the room that we were supposed to be in was just painted, minimal internet connection from that side but managed to get better connection nearer to the toilet, so that wasn't much of a problem, water heater, towel and soap provided. Room can be a bit hot around noon, just open the windows and you're good. It's nice and cooling at night. Living room area with TV to chill. I totally enjoyed being in the corner area next to the toilet enjoying the view from there. Improvement probably on the road entering the compound, that's a bit scary 😂 kitchen with fridge and cooking utilities available if u want to cook, I saw a BBQ place too, too bad we didn't get to use it. I would give 5 star rating for this home stay. There is nothing more you can expect for what you pay.RM45, you will get nice and clean room. Shared kitchen, shared living room and shared Bathrooms (2 of them). They have 7 rooms total including Couple room. When you travel on budget this is the most recommended place to stay.Very much helpful and friendly owners.

One problem I have faced, Transportation since it is around 1+ KM from kundasang centre. I found a restaurant, 99mart and. Dhobi shop in a walkable distance. I have called a Car to go to the Ranau bus station on my...
