I had a bad experience camping here at komfy.
In our own opinion, the DISADVANTAGES are
The service and facilities provided are not up to the standard of the price/charges of the camping site. Rm20 per lot size. + Rm20 per person. PER day. 😅
We feel cheated because we paid for multiple lots (roughly 3x3meter per lot size). HOWEVER, the allocated space for us on the spot is not up to the size that we paid for. 👎🏼 DUE TO THIS, we got into conflict with our camp neighbor. They said out tent ropes is infringing into their space etc and tripped a few times while passing through. ( we have to go through a jungle of rope to get out because no pathway is left after setting up our camp/tents).
Charging station is also quite far away and very little. Only 3 electric socket outlet is available. We had to purposely “guard” our devices at the charging station to avoid unwanted incidents to happen.
Toilet shower head is broken and not replaced.
There is only ONE SINK at the entire camp site. 😐 that all of us have to queue up to do all the dish washings, cleaning, teethbrushing, fashwashing and etc.
No wash basin available for personal hygiene purposes like: teeth brushing, face washing etc. we have to share with the sink we everyone uses to wash dirty plates, utensils etc. which is quite disgusting and unhygienic in my opinion.
There is not even a single dustbin provided at the entire campsite. 😐😐😐
The road and the parking lot is muddy and rocky at the same time. That time was raining, and the road turned muddy, what makes the matter worse is that the road is uneven + big rocks here and there.
Loading bay was “permanently” parked by campers.
There are a lot of flies at the campsite during our stay.
At the same time, there sure are good things about the campsite,

The rating is basically related to foreign worker and how the management have refused to properly handle their own "HIRED" staff. As a place of tourist one of the important things that should've been focus is the HOSPITALITY and SERVICE provided. We book the WHOLE camping place for 3 days 2 nights THE WHOLE PLACE!!! not just 1 or 2 spots of the camping site THE WHOLE SITE!! Including few of the cabins!! Unfortunately, during our stay here, the FOREIGN workers without any proper training were stationed
Staff is RUDE - VERY RUDE TO A VERY HUGE FAMILY EVEN FROM CHECK IN!!! DEMAND MORE PAYMENT - STAFF IS DESPERATE FOR EXTRA $$ AND DEMAND EXTRA PAYMENT???? Luckily, we are smart enough to call the OWNER!!! NO HOSPITALITY - STAFF DID NOT PROVIDE WITH ELECTRICITY UNTIL WE DEMAND!! ISN'T IT PART OF THE PACKAGE???
If owner is not taking action, might as well take action to the immigration and do a visit to check on the permit of the staff. Furthermore, owner seems too ignorant and expect GUESS to accept the ATTITUDE of their FOREIGN WORKER way of talking...

My first camping trip and it was a memorable and awesome experience in Komfy Kundasang Campsite. The staff and management was really helpful. They explained their rules clearly before we confirm our booking and they also informed if there is any additional pax then we should inform staff on site during check-in. Very flexible. The staff helped us set up our tent and fly sheet. We witnessed some other campers who just did not bother to follow the rules and scolded the friendly staff at campsite and making loud noises even after quiet time at 10pm. What was really shameful was to see those irresponsible campers leaving their piles of rubbish when the campsite policy was to bring own rubbish back and they will refund the rubbish deposit.
