OYO 1165 Kris Lodge — Hotel in Borneo

i m very disappointed to stay at this hotel, this is my first time and last time to stay here.||i stay here for three nights, there are no toilet paper and mineral water .. when ask the staff about that, they all show out unhappy face and talking not nice.||||i m very angry with this kind of customer services at counter..how come hotel cannot provide toilet paper and mineral water for customer..we are paid when stay there..its not for free..||||i dun know why the owner of this hotel high this kind of ppl to working there, make his business drop..if the staff service is very poor and cannot serve customer nicely & friendly.||||there is impossible for staff to tell customer that no toilet paper and mineral water ..three nights been there, doesnt give us the mineral water.||||i hope the boss of this hotel will investigate what is your staff doing , what attitude of this staff..dun showing the ego face to...

I get Bad experience during my staycatiom.Please improve the services. At least provide doormat for the toilet. The other budget stay atleast got hot shower,but here seems not available. The toilet exhaust fan not functioning.. Totally worst experience.Seems like I get broken room totally not worth place for my staycation. The old facade of the hotel and buildings in the vicinity may be deceiving. Our simple spacious 2-room unit (2 queen sized bed) with living room area and small kitchenette was value for money. Many hotels of this class do not provide lift service, but we were surprised there was a lift that was helpful with our bigger luggage. I would recommend this place for long-stay customers or those who wants a decent, homely and comfortable place...
