OYO 90102 7 Days Lodge — Hotel in Borneo

This is the worse stay in this hotel. The attitudes of the receptionist was too bad till you will feel frustrating. Wondering he is the staff or only "son" of the boss? Or "son" of any staff there. I would advise that since the receptionist is the first serve the customer, please be more professional, at least when customer talking to you, don't kept playing the phone or show us with black face. When we need help, (I just asked where is the hot water, don't think this is a difficult problem to solve) please do not asked us look for ourselves, because this is not our property and this is our first stay. Appreciate if the management can look into it...

Those of you who book through Agoda will know this beautiful room with the familiar leaked fluid markings from the door closer, the damaged toilet seat cover and the possibility of breaking a leg or finger due to the malfunctioning door closer.

Kudos the owner who has not found the funds to fix these items in the two years since my last visit.

Didn't expect much when first recommended by previous hotel bcos it's full. It's a small lodge but good enough for short stay. Discovered channel 5 & 6 on TV is actually CCTV facing the parking lot. So, if u are travelling by road, hv ur car park nearest to the entrance. The bed linen is comfy and clean. Ideal for backpackers and those who just need to stay...
