Can I give zero instead? For the service. The female staff was ssooooooo rude to my father. He was just asking for a room. A fff room!! How can a hotel staff be that rude and super unfriendly to their guest. As well as the unfriendly cleaner. The towel was unavailable till 8.30 pm. Overall THE ROOM is good. Bring your own body shampoo. The metrocity place2stay location is very good you know. Theres food heaven everywhere. For the room, theres no iron, so you have to ask the staff. Theres water heater. 2 bottle of drinking water, a good air conditioner and a tv. The bathroom and toilet water is good too. Oh! Theres only 2 socket. Also, theres two huge mirror on the wall.

Spacious bedroom & bathroom✅ Functionality of all appliances ✅ I thought the hotel is brand new since it is not fully furnished (lobby is empty). The room I stayed (307) needs URGENT maintenance in terms of security and safety for future guests. 'Faulty door and window lock'. I understand due to the current situations we are having (to cut cost). However, safety of your guests is NO.1. I can excuse rubbish on the balcony, improper seal of leakage on the ceiling, unsafe hanging tv cables. These can be fixed and improve ASAP. To conclude, thank God it was a safe night and the room was good. All the best!

I have stayed in this hotel earlier this year... The hotel is quite a good place to stay, and quite reasonable rate too. Though it is quite a distance to the Kuching City, you can find ample food restaurants around the hotel. So food is no problem at all...

However, sad to say, the towels issue has not much improved. You have to wait for your towel till late afternoon/evening if you want to replace it. So what I did was I did not change the towel during my stay there. I will only change it if it is dirty.

Another thing to note, they do not provide extra pillows if you request.

The hotel management should look into the possibility to furnish the lobby. Its empty. A TV is installed on the wall. No sofa to sit while waiting for somebody to be picked up... The hotel management should...

Overall, if this hotel is graded in terms of percentages, I would give it a 30% for good air conditioning, thick blankets, adequate for the offered blankets, and thick. In addition, hot shower water works well. The rest is dreadful. I requested to wear an iron, and the male staff agreed to provide me one. I waited till I checked out, and no one arrived to send me an iron. Please learn to smile, Muslim female servants who are unfriendly. Only the people that look after me in the morning when I check out are good at smiling. I'm not sure how the female staff can give us a room without providing us with a towel; I have to go down to ask for one. Narrow room. There were no Kleenex, not even toilet paper.
