Upon entering the store, I immediately felt uncomfortable due to the judgmental attitude displayed by some of your staff. Their unprofessional behavior created an unpleasant atmosphere, and I believe all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of appearance or other factors.

Additionally, I had placed an order via the GrabFood app before arriving, expecting my food to be ready when I reached the shop. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the app had not been turned on, and my order had not even been prepared. This lack of attention to essential service platforms caused a significant delay and inconvenience.

If you feel like having cake and tea, this is definitely the place to visit. They variety of cakes and tea to match. You can also eat heavy cuisine from eastern, western to fusion. I love chocolate indulgence cake especially with hot tea. This time, I choose English Breakfast in a pot for my tea time. Since it was quite a late tea time, I ordered curry mee.
