Place2stay Campus Hub — Hotel in Borneo

I stayed here for a month's long, which was the requirements of the productions company that I assigned with during the project of shooting a drama series which took a lot of locations around UNIMAS. It's the nearest hotel to our shooting site, convenient for the distance and for the rest especially if you expect for a good hotel breakfast, no don't dream that. This place were catered by a kopitiam at the corner of the hotel building named Uncle Sao's Kopitiam, who catered our breakfast for the whole month and the food wasn't that great. You can have good home-made burgers from Takeaways though from the other corner side of the hotel building but this burger joint starts operating late in the afternoon. The hotel is a 3 level building, ground level then with the stairs you go up to level 1 and level 2, no elevator service here and my advice if you ended up have to stay here, buy your own towels first, and some toiletries too because this place have less and the latter aren't provided. Banyak baca komen tidak bagus tapi semasa saya masuk OK la, tidak lah seteruk itu. Saya pernah tinggal di Hotel yang lebih teruk keadaan nya. Cuma ada beberapa perkara yang saya nak highlight, utk improvement. Iklan di Agoda ada lif, tapi sebenarnya tiada lif.

Bilik bertingkap, agak menakutkan rasa tak selamat mudah orang nak masuk dari luar tingkap. Cermin agak nipis senang je nak pecah kan tu. Aircond pandai off sendiri jam 3 pagi. Tau2 je panas. Dan waktu pagi lepas jam 8 bilik jadi panas tidak rasa aircond sebab matahari pagi menghala ke bilik, terasa bahangnya. Mungkin patut tinted cermin supaya tahan panas. Kerana cermin di sebelah dinding ni cover keseluruhan dinding. Elok juga bilik tiada tingkap, rasa selamat tidak takut org masuk dari luar dan tidak rasa bahang panas. Bunyi jiran sebelah tutup pintu sangat kuat.

Bilik tiada tuala, tiada sabun disediakan. Soap dispenser rosak. Tiada lapik kaki, keluar tandas basah lantai. Tapi bagusnya air shower kuat, puas mandi.

TV tiada remote. Siaran nya pun tidak banyak, gambar tak cantik. Kawasan hotel jauh drp kedai dan agak sunyi. Tidak sesuai jalan kaki ke kawasan berdekatan. Jika tiada kereta, makan siap2 sebelum balik hotel. Atau order grab food/food panda. Jalan ke arah Pusat Bandar jem grab agak mahal waktu jem. Bagus tinggal di sini jika ada urusan di Kota Samarahan shj. Line Internet laju. Boleh tgk Netflix 👍

Banyak semut halus. Saya book 6 nights tiada room makeover so semut semakin byk di bakul sampah. Stay 3 malam shj, decide utk balik KL awal kerana kos agak tinggi juga utk continue stay lagi 3 malam (grab, food delivery etc)

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. Looks haunted. Rooms are dirty and unkept, with ants scurrying about on the bed. Disgusting smell from the bathroom. Poor lighting all around the ‘hotel’ with observable disgusting fungus creeping up the wall. Just save your money and find another place. Its not worth the headache and nausea feelings.
