usually i dont post a comment til i had a bad experience..i usually come here every week to support and spending a minimum 30-50bucks sometimes more..today i had a bad experience here when i requested for table to be clean as its wet, one of the waitress answered very rudy with an angry face infront of other customer "Tunggu!!" i just let it passed..after having my lunch i wanted to use the bathroom so i walk towards the same waitress as the others were busy..and politely told her that i wanna use the washroom so ill be leaving a book of mine on the table and not to clear my table as i have not finished my drink..she said APA??!?! with an angry tone and face..i ask her if i did anything wrong?? why is she angry? she angrily said HAAAA??!!!!! APA MARAH??!?!!! i just walk off to the counter and told the other staff..all the other staff was great very friendly..love the ambiance and the food but i guess this is the last time ill be coming here..maybe they dont need my money..its funny how she can speaks to her colleagues with a smile but very being very rude towards customers..maybe her colleagues are paying her her salary and not...

Came here a few times already. Food is delicious but unfortunately the service this time is terrible and had an uncomfortable experience. Ate with my friends and it was around 8pm. When asked if still open, they said yes as cleaning starts at 930pm. However, while eating we could hear the kitchen staffs mocking/complaining abt us (as there were not many customers around) saying things like “Cepatlah makan, nak baliklah” etc, implying that we the customers were the reason they cant end their shift when they clearly said they start cleaning at 930pm and at that time it was only around 830pm plus. We didnt have any appetite to eat anymore after hearing them whining from the kitchen. Hello, do you think we customers cant hear you guys? Terrible unprofessional behavior. Hope the management can train their staff properly. Terrace just lost their loyal customer. Never coming...

Terrible experience with lousy service. I placed a Grab delivery order, and the restaurant called to inform me that the nasi kerabu hadn’t been cooked yet, and I would need to wait 30 minutes. (Grab wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order, even though they hadn’t started preparing the food.) They asked me to wait 30 minutes, but it took longer than expected—45 minutes had already passed when I called to follow up. They then informed me I would need to wait another 15 minutes. This means the meal was taking 1 hour to prepare, with delivery likely to take another 10-15 minutes. In the end, I got them to change it to white rice. I will not order from or visit this...
