I recently had the pleasure of staying at this homestay in Kota Kinabalu, and it exceeded all expectations. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also incredibly spacious, making it ideal for a group stay. Its location was perfect, providing easy access to the town center and conveniently connecting to various points of interest. This place deserves a 5-stars rating! I and my family just stayed in this lovely house. The hosts really gave their best to serve their guests. We got very detailed instructions to check in one day in advance. The rooms are nice, cozy, and instagramable! All basic amenities are provided. More than enough toilets and showers (4 each). Very close to the beach and shopping mall.

It is just that the water pressure in the showers downstair were weak. Otherwise it will be perfect.

We will definitely stay in this house again the next time we visit...

The house is strategically located to everywhere- 10 mins to town, 15 mins to airport. Few petrol stations and 2 rows of shop with convenient mart/ eateries/ cafe/ pub just located outside the house.

The rooms are comfortable, facilities are complete and look just like the photos. Big car porch, very convenient for guest who are driving just like us!

Friendly and attentive host- 5 star communication and clear check in/ check out instruction given.
