906 Premier Hotel Melaka — Hotel in Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council

I am sorry, but I have to rate this and share this experience.

First of all, the parking basement is very dangerous to park in for lowered cars or normal cars. The basement parking is suitable for hilux. The parking basement ramp is very high.

Second, me and my husband entered the room, and we felt something disturbing. The floor was full of stains and dust. When I was on the toilet in the evening, something just shut the electricity off. It was like a short circuit.

The TV was turned off when my husband was watching it in the morning, like something just turned it off. My husband said that he was playing on his phone while watching TV. Then I was asleep, but suddenly only the TV was turned off. It's really weird. We heard something like someone was playing marble on top of our floor too. We felt something & had a hard time sleeping during that night. 😖

I don’t know, but the balcony is also full of dust, maybe because it is outside, so nevermind. However, the cup and kettle appear to have been unused for a long time.

By the way, the bed was very tidy and nice, they provide toothbrush & soap too and the receptionist was helpful. The room was so big & nice overall. If it wasn’t for the disturbance that we experienced , we might have considered another day. I forgot to mention that the deposit RM50 & heritage fee applied RM2 . The price of the room is around RM 148.00/night on weekend but maybe weekdays...

I never leave any review before but this time i have to. Location- Far from attraction. You need to have transport. This on is fine Staf- Better hire another staf if you don't want to go bankrupt. I arrived at 2AM. Receptionist in difterent building. This one staft give me room with broken lock. I called and without saying sorry with flat tone voice he said come and change your room. He just with his handphone. Can you imagine. 2AM!! OMG! 3- Cleanliness- HAHA this one. Better send your housekeeping staff to attend training. lollet like never clean. lowel, rough and old. You can use it to scrub your body. Room, like never swept never clean. Bedsheet got stain. Euww. Balcony have cigaratte box and dust. 4- Facilities- Got small pool for children. Lift okay. Toiletries,kettle, provided but no 3in1 or such. Iron one floor got one. The old one that you can see from 5 years ago. Same with hair dryer anytime can explode. 5- Broken lock on connecting room. So anyone can come inside your room. They just block it with chair. Hilarious. So, that is all. Forgot to take picture but this is what i experienced during the stay. The rooms were small. If you have 4 adults in a room then it will be a bit cramped. I booked a connecting room, so it was alright. No breakfast provided. The double bed room is slightly smaller than the 2-single bed room. We have 'not so beautiful view' from the window but it was alright as most of the time we were out.||||Lobby was beautiful and clean. The reception/reservation counter could be better if they put 2 or more staff in front to assist with the check-in and check-out. Took me more than 20 mins to check-in. But the lady who assisted me was lovely and very helpful. ||||The pool was alright. They have 2 pools - kids and adults. Clean and well-maintained. Just one suggestion - they should provide towels at the pool as the guests who used the pool were wet when they left the pool to enter the lift. The area around the lift was so slippery and watery. Very dangerous for elderly and kids, tend to slip before entering the lift.||||There were many restaurants around, so not to worry much about food. The hotel has a cafe and room service is provided.
