First time Book picnic 8am-7pm 26/7/25 satu tapak. Masuk je tempat ni tak de org pun yg srh berhenti, kene byr selebihnya.Dlm chat pun tak de bgtau detail mcm mana nak byr selebihnya. Dah tau tapak kat mana, kami terus parking kat 11A. Pukul 2 suku , lelaki (ingtkan staff) tegur srh alih kereta sbb nak angkat brg letak kat 11 sedangkan tu mmg tapak 11A kami(depo dah byr). Sy balik pastu sy ws Siti, rupanya camper juga..

Pastu bila aku ws Siti, kau kata aku yg salah , aku tak de adab . Main masuk je campsite kau. Kau cermin diri tgk campsite kau ada security ke? Ada palang srh cust berhenti? Ada pekerja guide cust? Cust baru mmg terpinga sbb tak tahu check in kat mana: 1)First time dtg dari jauh, kau expect semua org tau ke pejabat kau kat mana? Kau tgk keadaan office kau mcm mana? Tak de org jaga. Tak de detail cara check in kat ws pun tak de bgtau. Kereta masuk mcm tu je , tak selamat. 2) kalau cust dah book depo, tapi pukul 12 tak check in lagi. Kenapa tak ws tanya? Sedap je assume aku tak dtg. Aku menunggu kat tapak tu kau kutip duit. Tak de pun kutip. Kau tak mention pun srh byr di pejabat. Aku tak tau ada pejabat sbb tak gaya pejabat pun.

sedap je nak kata kau tak tau aku hadir. Pekerja kau tu buat apa? Sedangkan depan mata ada kereta kat tapak tu. Aku complain management teruk , taknak terima.

Sepatutnya slot 8am-7pm , tak de org parking kat situ sbb aku byr terpaksa keluar sbb lelaki tapak 11 nak turun brg. 2:30 pm aku balik , Dbreeze minta juga tu bakinya. PILIH KASIH, TAK TEGAS, TAK DE SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT HAUK.

Picnic pukul 10am sampai 2pm je bayar full , dah kata kene halau ngan camper lain. nak juga byr baki😂 plug point pakai sejam , charge tak full lagi terpaksa berambus sbb ada lelaki halau nak parking kat tapak kami turun brg. Kalau staff yg tegur , aku boleh terima lagi. Siti kata tu mslh camper dgn camper… Aku tak cari gaduh ngn lelaki tu pun. Dahlah lelaki tu tak de adab , tibe cakap ‘alih kereta , org nak turun brg’ muka ketat.

Kau sbgi management ni , tak bgtau ke turun brg mmg dari parking? Tegas sikit .Aku dah otw balik dgn kecewa baru nak turun. Pekerja tu buat apa? Tak check ke tapak cust dah sampai? TERUSKAN BLUETICK CUST COMPLAIN, DUIT MASUK LAJU JE BALAS. INI BUKAN MSLH CAMPER DAN CAMPER, DBREEZ YG TAK PANDAI HANDLE...

Arrived late, place was full on a holiday but the guy Yazid still managed to squeeze me a spot for my camper, very accommodating staff, great environment, very breezy and he rides his bike periodically to check on situations and easily reachable … toilets and baths no reviews from me cos I’m off grid … everyone camping here seems very happy … will definitely come back again probably on a weekday and park right at beachfront … keep...
