Hotel 101 Ulu Tiram — Hotel in Johor

I was travelling with a New born and a toddler. We booked a room but for some weird reason it was given away to another guest despite having booking confirmation etc. Eventually we got another room by another staff (Indian girl). She went extra mile for us. Extremely polite. ||No refrigerator in the room so thoes staying here with infants please have your cooler etc with you. We had a hot/cold water dispenser right outside out room so it was convenient. Room was clean. |The place is very lonely at night so do be careful when travelling with children. Has hot water flask. My husband, 3 years old kid and I stay here for 1 night just to recharge our body before continuing our journey back to KL. We stayed at the RM80+ room. It has tv with not so much channnel and cattle (which is already broken, 1 pin from the 3 pin socket was stuck at the plug point) we need the use the water filtered dispenser at the corridor, not so far from our room so not to complain much. The room size is has just 4 ft extra space. For us muslim the space can on fit 1 people space for praying. The room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower heater control is good. First impression is fine, after closer inspection... I regret booking a room here.

If you can see in the photos there is stains in the wall, which looks like it's been there for God knows how long.

And this is the 2nd room, the first 1 has bed bug/s when I lift up the blanket and it's the first thing I spotted.

I don't want to be difficult, for the 2nd room. And since I've already paid. I don't know why are they collecting deposits for a room in such bad...
