SPP CAMPSITE — Hotel in Johor

After searching online we decided to go for a 2D1N camping last weekend (26/27apr).

In total there was only 5tents at site that weekend, was a pretty quiet campground compared to other campsite nearby.

Unfortunately the campsite is not safe and not clean as there was money stolen from our tent when we were asleep and a lot of sandflies and mosquitoes. Both kids and adults were badly sting.

We had 4 tents in total. The thief stole from and the first tent and tried doing the same to the second tent but my friend was awake and he was inside the tent resting. So when he saw the shadow he zip the tent and thief ran away. (But did not manage to see the thief face)

On Sunday before we left the campsite one of the guard came and told us that he also suspected is his colleague but then we do not have evidence to question them.

We went to check with our neighbor they did not have any missing items but they noticed their makeup pouch was out the tent when they remembered bring it into the tent before they head to bed.

We feedback to the campsite owner he questioned us instead of solving the issue. Asking us why didn’t we put in the car instead? So if our cars were broken in how? Saying that it never happened before at his campsite and he checked the cctv that no incoming at the timing where things happened means is own staff? Haha

The funny thing is there were a lot of stray dogs around us during the night but the dogs did not bark at the thief. Highly sus is the worker but the cctv did not capture anything.

We camped here last week, and something bad happened. It was very peaceful at night, but someone entered our tent while we were sleeping and stole our money. We asked the person in charge there, and they said that this had never happened here before, so they didn't believe it. They also accused us of why we kept our money in the camp instead of in the car. Very good site for camping as the site is long and wide to accommodate lots of campers. However, during our visit, the water pressure is very low to almost to none on as lots of other campers around and due to high usage. Cheap for the rate. Power point available.
