OYO 89583 Grove Hotel — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

First of all there's no any reception available ,we went to the clinic beside to request for the room key &card,sadly the clinic assistant was managing the registration pass over the room key.The moment we open the door,we realize that,that is not was the room that we booked,and terrible with cigarette smell. i did book Standard Double Room(non-smoking) lastly i get small room and i've no idea what room is that!!! The bathroom was okay can give 6/10 , the bed sheet not clean at all,only one plug socket is there, hassle for us to take turn. Most importantly the room has one side of teared &dirty wallpaper, which is not convenient for us to look everytime .We would said that,we will not recommend this TTDI GROVE HOTEL to anyone !!! Always travel to UKM, Bangi for some meeting and duties.
