i'm a regular here and i love the affordable ice cream and drinks, really love the big portion of soft serve ice cream and cheap price.

it's easy to get parking here especially after working hours.

they're a lot of customers usually but the staffs are quick and efficient so it's not a problem, you won't have to wait long.

staffs wise, it seems that they just hired new staffs so i guess it will become better from now on? there was a malay lady with heavy eye makeup that could improve her customer service i think; i can empathise that working in f&b is very tiring and she's probably tired for meeting customers all day long. otherwise, there's no other feedback from me.

visited this Mixue branch more than four times because the environment is very comfortable and user-friendly. Most of the staff here are very polite and provide good service. However , there is one male staff member slightly chubby - who sometimes appears less friendly compared to the others , who are always warm and welcoming.

Also, the drinks here can be a bit inconsistent . sometimes they are too sweet, and other times the taste is just right. Hopefully, this can be improved for better consistency.

The drinks, ice cream, and everything else were okay. I went here twice. Two times i went here & two times there are many workers; the place is almost full. Some of the customers are trying to find a place to sit after buying. But as usual, some of the stuff walking here and there, some even sit at waiting area? you should prioritise your customer 1st.
