KFC TTDI Grove — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

I went to kfc ttdi i grove tdy around 9.30 pm, i did order snack plate and the cashier said 20 minutes ok find o waited, bfre placing my order i had mentioned 2 hot n spicy and 1orginal and it was clearly stated on my receipt on my receipt afta i bck home and opened up the had kept 2 orginal which was the chiken look so brownish in colour wic i got shoked to see and the chiken was not even nice n bitter !! Look her guys we are paying and getting the food wich is not satiesfed !! If this happens to ur family did u agree???we are not getting the food free we are paying for it and u treat your customer like this !! Wasted my money and the bread also tasteless !! such a poor service and totally worsen management, this was my second time order thur food panda yesterday ordered at 7:49pm till 9:00 didnt received food call ttdi grove KFC no one picked up the call same goes to food panda. At 9:40pm i walk in and asked about my order simply and easily saying that driver tak dapat so kita sudah ready dan tunggu rider 3 jam ??? like nonses 3hours waiting for rider and not pick up call my kids all was very hungry both time also same issued was occured since i paid by online couldnt cancel and the laughing matter was After i picked up myself kfc cancel order actually i dint need my money in refund/return just the timing is matter since at home my kids all hunger. This is the worst KFC i have ever experienced, not only once, although this outlet have less customer, i have no idea why their meal prepare took 1 hour, are this the service provide by a fast food chain? Can the manager please check on this outlet? Order my food at 3.12pm, waited for half an hour not yet ready, ask the staff only they start to fry my chicken, well done waited for an hour for my zinger double down. I don't ask for a good service, but please can you guys have more responsibility?
