THE YOUNG LADY STAFF FORCED ME TO CHECK OUT SAYING THERE WILL BE ELECTRICITY PROBLEM AND TOLD ME OYO WILL REFUND ME, BUT I GUESS IT'S A LIE SINCE IT'S SO HARD TO GET THAT REFUND.

I book this hotel from agoda apps price is Rm44.94 after i arrive staff ask me to add payment Rm11 . When im asking why he just simply answer that i need to check with customer service at agoda apps by myself and he just like don't want be responsibly.
