Pizza Hut Restaurant Kulim — Restaurant in Kedah

I not sure what's wrong with this eatery now. We been asked to scan a code given by the staff in order to make an order for dine in. After scanning done, we choose a family menu which on promo. Went up to the staff to proceed for the menu, which to my surprise being told that what I order is not available. Sat down and discuss for a change. Finalized the 2nd option to order. Then, the staff said what we order was not at the panel screen and was explaining to us that she cannot key in the menu. Was it my/our fault? We did exactly what has been asked to do and yet no order can be made! Pizza Hut management, better look into this! No wonder this outlet go NO ONE dining in as CUSTOMER!!! You only make fun of yourself there....what a pity..... why ask customer to scan to make order just to find out your system is...

A very bad service from the staff here.... I ordered a personal pizza with stuffed crust, but the staff never informed me that the flavour i want doesn't come with a stuffed crust, instead he changed the order to another flavour WITHOUT INFORMING ME, and this resulted in the price DOUBLED (in fact it's more than double)....he could have told me about this and let me choose whether to maintain my ori flavour or switch to another flavour, yes he can suggest, but he must never change it without saying a word! This is pure cheating, a mere sorry from the staffs can help nothing, serious actions must be done to stop this kind of service..... please make sure no more next victim Pizza...

Food is fine. B.U.T. As a restaurant with A grade cleanliness labelled front the store it definitely doesn't deserve the recognition. The restaurant is full with flies, it's all over the table and flying around the food, this condition even is even worse than the stall beside the drain. And the AC is said ON but I don't feel it. Took forever to restock the mushroom soup, and the last mushroom soup only came when we finished the pizza without an apology. What worse is, it's so diluted I don't know why? And I'm dissappinted that there's no cheese powder for mushroom soup anymore. It's my childhood memory :) Will never....
