Sorry. Can't give more. One star is only for the price. They did provide extra mattress, however the mattress was torn and can't even use it. Reported, but they said nothing to do with it. Asked about extra mattress or free or half price toto to compensate, but denied.(toto need to rent). One of the toilet clogged. Swimming Pool is dirty. They say, wifi provided, but can't even connect. Washing machine can't be used and when we complain, still no action taken. Kitchen doesn't provided enough utilities.
