The area was strategic, near to the klebang beach, many attractions & activities nearby but sadly, my one night staying at the hotel was really not worth it. Air-cond & water heater was working fine at my room. You can find facilities such as ironing board & hot water outside of the room. There were no such things as garden or sea view. There were only two views, facing the road(yes they do have some trees but not a garden) & facing the river mouth/small lake. The cleanliness was very unsatisfactory. I paid RM109 for 1 night, and i even got a torn towel with a huge hole on it(when i said huge, yes it was freaking huge). They can't even replaced it with the new one? Very very very frustrating. There were stains everywhere on the blanket & bed sheet. Very bad management especially on the cleanliness. I could get a clean room with rm60 per night at any guest houses, with a kettle and a nice proper towel. I'm sorry but this is the worst hotel I've ever been in my whole life. I desperately made booking at this place cuz there were no more available hotels in the area during my stay. My advice is, if you've seen the bad rating&reviews on the websites, please do believe it, and don't ever give it a try & hoping you'll have a wonderful staycation like the others who is quite lucky cuz you're going to regret it,...

The tranquility here you might not have in a big city. So its a big yes...

If you just want to sleep for the night, it's ok but even so you must not be a light sleeper.
The folks who you are staying with could be more considerate instead of having a BBQ party in wee hours in the morning or the operator could be more stern for benefits of other guests. The walls are paper thin.
Yes your check-in is at 2:30pm but when customer comes in and asks if we can check-in early, you could say "Yes but you need to pay extra" or just a simple "Yes" but to answer "No" is not a great thing, especially when you are recovering from...
