KFC — Restaurant in Malacca

QSR brands own KFC and pizza hut restaurants in Malaysia. However, not sure if this location or the Pizza hut next door is owned by them. Nevertheless, my family bought from the pizza hut next door. We bought tuna and also one of their promotion pizza with garlic. That was our dinner, nothing else. By midnight, my son was vomiting. Next morning I had diarrhea and it didn't stop until the next day. My wife also had diarrhea. Had to stay home for one day. I complained to head office but no reply. Do they care that their food is causing food poisoning in people. When you read the reviews here you can see there is an issue with food quality. We ordered food via Grab and honestly, this was within my 3 worst experiences ordering food online. The chicken burger, chicken Tenders and all the chicken nuggets felt like they were fried 24 hours before. They were soft, cold and 1 of the chicken tenders even had a big black hair inside of it.
