Ehsan Sea View Hotels — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

First of all. I am following my wife's company trip to this "great" hotel.

Problem :

1. Room check in for group is not prioritised awaiting room check in from 2.30pm to 5pm and yet the Manager told me is normal for those hotel in full house condition !

2. The food taste is ok but very slow! We order 100++ pax lunch need to wait for the refill is like forever even our own staff need to help their kitchen helper to serve

3. Reception staff is not friendly at allllllll Very rude to customer and they do not train their staff on customer service as their job nature is to deal with customer peacefully and professionally

4. Room condition some good some bad some the door can’t even open and elevator is really really bad ! The waiting for the elevator is like forever

5. Their bathtub stop was very dirty and ugly. (As photo) I not sure whether they really clear room or not.

6. No drinking water provided! At night, I wish to have hot water to make my cup noodles. I am requesting hot water from kitchen, I feel surprised they didn't have hot water. FINE!!! I just want drinking water, but they said no drinking water provide. WTH!!!!!

7. Lift problem. Only 3 lifts working, 2 for guest, 1 for hotel staff. The 2 lift is ultra slow speed. Almost every floor stop, and people using. Most of time I using staircase.

8. Safety issue. Their staircase are full of rubbish and large useless building materials. It very dangerous once have fire.

To those who wish to organise company event or any event with large number of group please consider twice with this unprofessional service that provide from this Hotel !

In the end, one star is an extra star...

Went there for weekend getaway. My room type is standard room city view. The price is RM168 including breakfast for 2. The room kinda exceed my expectations. The room was spacious for 2 person. Balcony also huge. Can fit for 2 person + chair and table 👍🏼 balcony view has slightly sea view, and can see a bit of sunset. The air-conditioning kinda old, and slightly slow to cool the room, but its fine. The bathroom has bath tub and hot waters ✨👍🏼 and provided with some amenities auch as soap, shampoo, lotion, tooth brush, hair dryer. The minibar also good, have 2 water bottle, 2 glasses and some tea and cofee. The refrigerator is broken tho 🥺 the breakfast menu buffet also good, not too much options but still makes me happy tho. Few selection of fruits, breads and jams, omelette, nasi goreng, nasi lemak, mee goreng, bihun goreng, baked beans. Tea, cofee and guava. 💕 All is delicious.

The best thing about this hotel is it is really a beach front hotel. Away from city crowds, less traffic jams, kinda secluded and very privacy. Swimming pool also good, not so big, but can accommodate enough people.

Cons, some part of hotel is still under maintenance and construction. I GET IT, at least the hotel was not closed down during pandemic like many other hotels.

My final verdict : Definitely gonna come here again ! I can see the hotel is struggling to make ends meet, but trying hard to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The staff is good and friendly. First of all the sales person we deal with is not professional at all but she is doing her very best but still not satisfied enough. Her sales services professionalism is not up to the level and need a lot of improvement The arrangement between her colleagues and customer is not well planned Problem :
