We arrived at 2.05PM as they said check in after 2PM, we waited for about 40-45 minutes as they said they are still cleaning the room, I believe that should be done before we reach there right? Staff weren't exactly rude but it seemed like they were forced to sit there, no emotion, there was one guy and one lady, when I stand in front of the counter they don't even look at you. I don't expect 100% VIP treatment but a simple sorry and thank you would have been good and it feels like if I said anything or questioned him then it would have ended in an altercation. ||The Lobby water filter didn't fill my bottle, it stopped after a few splashes. WiFi was 8/10 as it did flicker from time to time. Room was ok and spacious, Bathroom was ok but the heater was not consistent. During check in, I overheard both of the receptionists talking, "Eh tilam bilik XXX basah la" "Rasanya kencing kot". "The Mattress in room xxx seems to be wet, I bet it's urine". It could have been my room but if it was they did a good job in covering it up. ||Parking might be a problem, we were lucky it was public holiday so no saman issues but yeah we parked near the TNB building on the hill and later towards the end of the shop lot as there is no parking. They said free parking in the website but I saw a sign saying you need to buy a coupon. During Agoda booking, it stated free parking. Though it did not affect us as we could park. It's in front of the main-road, there are a few Indian restaurants few minutes away.||I would say not bad but not fantastic.||Key Feedback||1. Parking issues need to be cleared on the website, will be hard during weekdays||2. WiFi was okay but can be improved.||3. Read moreWhen I reached the hotel and showed the receptionist our email booking confirmation from booking.com, we were told there were no bookings made under my name. The reason given by the receptionist was the system was offline since the day before (3rd June) hence bookings from booking.com was not captured by their hotel's system. However, when I called the hotel on 3rd June to make some amendments to my booking, the hotel staff even asked for my name but didn't mentioned anything about system was offline. All the rooms were fully booked and the staff was not apologetic at all and didn't even do something to help us out, he just asked us to find another hotel. All the hotels were fully booked due to the long weekend holidays. It was such an inconvenience for us as we travelled from kl to get ready at the hotel to attend an engagement event that evening. Please sort out your system issues as there are very limited hotels in Seremban, unlike kl where you can immediately find another alternative.
